How does the buying process work?

• First, email the seller. Then, you can learn more about the dress (and see it in person if the location of the dress is close to you!).
• Then, you can talk to the seller about payment methods.
• You can see the payment methods accepted by the seller in the ‘Selling Details’ tab. If you haven’t seen the dress, we recommend you use Paypal or Escrow.com for more protection.

Who is responsible for paying shipping fees?

• The buyer is typically responsible for shipping fees as an additional charge over and above the cost of the dress.
• Make sure to ask the seller for a shipping quote, as she'll be the one sending the dress to you.
• It's also essential to use a shipping method that offers insurance, tracking and a signature upon delivery.

Can I buy a gown from a seller in another country?

• Yes! Different shipping costs and import taxes may apply.
