The combination of lush greenery and dim light bulbs hanging from the ceiling at the dinner reception is why we’re totally obsessing over this wedding story today. The bride wanted something rustic, so she choose dusty pink and dusty blue as her color palette theme. Combine these colors with the lush, well-preserved greenery at one of Tagaytay’s most famous wedding venues, Angelfields Nature Sanctuary and you’ve got yourself a truly rustic and very breathtaking wedding. Scroll down to see exactly what we mean!
From the bride: “My husband and I were nervous but at the same time, excited to spend the rest of our lives together!”
Flashback question - how did you two meet? “We met at a school event back in college 12 years ago. Dated ever since!”
Describe your wedding! How long did it take to plan? “We started planning a year before the wedding since it’s hard to juggle wedding planning and being a resident physician doing 30 hour shifts.”
What colors did you use? “We used the colors dusty rose and dusty blue. we wanted to keep it simple and rustic at the same time. Proper lighting brings out the best in your wedding set up - we chose to use bulbs and greens to make it standout at night.”
Advice for future brides? “Enjoy the journey with your future husband. Talk and try to resolve all issues before sleeping at night.”
