Today’s shoot features all the predictions we have for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s upcoming royal wedding on May 19th! Across the globe, people are eager to know all the details what the royal couple will wear, the colors that will graze their reception, how many layers their cake will have, etc - and today, we’re going to do our best to answer all those questions. Wedding planning team, LLG Events, along with a team of talented vendors, put together a royal wedding photoshoot keeping in mind what royal colors will be used and predictions of what could be the next trendsetting, timeless design of 2018. Scroll down and see what they came up with and their rationale behind each prediction!

To begin their inspiration for the shoot, they looked back at the Royal Family bloodline, researching their attire, jewels and traditions. They wanted to incorporate rich colours, such as ultraviolet, Pantone’s colour of the year, and then added muted whites, bronze and gold.

LLG Events also began researching Meghan and noticed her love for peonies, making this a focus point in the floral design. Tantawan Bloom included fuschia orchids, white cherry blossoms, and a gold tree structure along with blush and ivory roses. When Meghan and Prince Harry’s floral choices were announced, they found out that hours of research on Meghan’s Instagram was worth it - they were spot on. Peonies and garden roses adorned their tablescape for the photoshoot and it appears it will also adorn their’s! “ I also think it's remarkable that the couple has agreed to donate their wedding flowers to charitable organizations, something we do here at LLG Events,” said Carly Long from LLG Events.

Incorporating black as an accent colour was LLG Event’s modern approach to the design. They added this into the black lacquer boxes of custom cake tins, the outer envelopes of the invitations, the menus, and throughout the place cards. They kept the invitation classic, mimicking the style Prince William and Kate used for their wedding. When the invitation designs were announced, Meghan and Prince Harry’s invitations were indeed classic, elegant, and timeless.

As for the rest of the unannounced elements of their wedding, here’s what this team of talented vendors came up with: The cake, designed by Ron Ben Israel, incorporated black and gold, which carried over from the florals and stationery to the place settings. As for the venue, LLG Events chose Lotte New York Palace Hotel because they wanted to find a setting that mimicked the interior opulence of Windsor Castle and the classic elegance that England is known for. As for Prince Harry’s military uniform, a classic custom-made morning suit was provided by Alton Lane. For the bride, an elegant lace dress designed by Romona Keveza was the obvious choice as it covered the model’s shoulders and had a detachable train with deep backline, which would complement Meghan’s signature hairstyle perfectly. For the reception dress, they went with Dennis Basso’s creation of soft pink and tons of sparkle was. The dresses were sourced and prepared by The Stylish Bride, a personal styling company.
